Promoting Industry, Protecting the Environment.
The Industrial Environmental Association (IEA) was formed in 1983 with a mission to promote industry and protect the environment.
IEA embodies its role as “A Voice for Manufacturers in San Diego County” by advocating on behalf of industry to influence legislation, facilitating environmental compliance for member companies, and providing related educational opportunities for training and certification.
The Industrial Environmental Association actively insists on strong environmental compliance efforts among member companies as a matter of written policy. IEA member companies also share a commitment to create a positive perception of industry in Southern California.
