Meridith Marquis joined Kyocera in 1999, working in various functions throughout the organization, including Training & Development, Human Resources, IT, and Corporate Quality Assurance.  She is currently Divisional Vice President for General Affairs, providing senior leadership for Facility and Support functions for Kyocera’s North American group, including Headquarters, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities, Property Management & Real Estate, and Community Relations.  Meridith oversees property and real estate functions for six manufacturing plants and five offices, leading the integration of Property Management, Facilities, and EH&S strategy and personnel for North America.  She has worked with public agencies and trade associations on many issues of importance to the industrial community, including land use, transportation, environmental regulation, border infrastructure, energy needs, and water regulation and conservation. Meridith has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Boston University.

April McGinley is the Environmental Health & Safety Manager at Vigar Marine | CM San Diego, where they have dedicated more than 23 years to advancing workplace safety and environmental compliance. With extensive experience in EH&S management, McGinley has played a key role in promoting best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable operations within the marine industry.
